I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a public holiday for us here.

Unfortunately we do not have any ACL rule file for moderate the new files, new comments and new conversation in current system.

The reason why we build this install feature in ACL section is most likely allow 3rd party app/extension to add their ACL rule file which they would like to do something from their app/extension integration in Easysocial.

But it would be best if you can submit a feature request regarding this in our voice page -> http://stackideas.com/voices/easysocial , so everyone else could vote for it, the more people request on this, and we will priority consider it.
