Create my own badges

Hi everybody,

I nedd to create my own badges, how can I do this? After that I'd like to assign them manually, not based on site activity. I found an old post about this, but the links to the documentation in it are not visible anymore (404).

After that I'd like to assign them manually

You can manually assign the badge by going to your backend > easysocial > achievements > mass assignment, and follow the instruction from there, http://screencast.com/t/M2MchFxMvBv .
