Hi. This question is simalar to this one.

There is default badge:
Reporter
Very helpful person.
To unlock this badge, you need to report for more than 20 times.

Also I use "Report an item" User Points rule (user get 1 user point for report).

I plan to create similar badge for example but with goal 100 instead of 20:
Reporter Expert
Very helpful person.
To unlock this badge, you need to report for more than 100 times.

What the best way?
1) use this instruction (fully create new .badge file) https://stackideas.com/forums/points-achiever-create-more-similar-badges#reply-477346

or
2) create custom badge in backend as on screenshot:
Achieve Type: By point
Points Threshold: 100
Rules To Achieve The Badge: report.create (1 points)
Rules To Remove The Badge: None

Second one is more easy and will work properly?

Thanks.
Hi there,

I suppose the best way is #2 (mentioned in first post)

Yes it does. Because those command already existed and you can just re-use those command again but with different frequency.

Hi there,

May i know that you still required to use those existing reporters badges -> https://screencast.com/t/nAcp6XzUV ? If not, you just need to edit them there and increase it frequency.

If yes, steps should be better as those badges are already existed, you can simply copy them and apply them on your newly creation badge.

Please give it a try and see how it goes.

Yes, I use Reporter with 20 goals.
And plan to use one more badge with 100 goals.

...you can simply copy them and apply them on your newly creation badge.

There is no “Copy” button in backend

Sorry, my English is bad and it’s difficult to understand every option in backend with translator.

I suppose the best way is #2 (mentioned in first post)
Thanks.
