Hello!
I just imported all users from the old site and the Payplans 3 tables. I installed Payplans 4 and this step worked well. I'm having trouble now, to create a menu that displays the available plans. I tried to do as I did in Payplans 3, but I did not succeed. Could you help me?

Thank you!
Hello Adriano,

To create a menu that displays available plans you have to follow these steps:
Select Menus → [name of the menu] from the drop-down menu on the back-end of your Joomla (for example, Menus → Main Menu). Click the New Toolbar button to create a new menu item. Click the Menu Item type button and then select the Display plan/group menu item link under Payplans.
Please refer to the attached screenshots to understand better:

Thanks for understanding.

Hello Adriano,

I have checked your site and find out the reason that why menu can't display available plans this issue is because of the template that you are using your template is configured in such a way that it is blocking the output of the component.

I have tried to change the menu template to Joomla default Protostar template on your site and then the plans appeared, you can refer my attached screenshot below.

Perhaps you can consult with your template provider regarding this and see how it goes?

They do not support third-party extensions ... Unfortunately, I'm going to end up abandoning the project!

Hey Adriano,

I would like to clarify one thing is, this is out of our control if the issue is coming from the template itself instead of Payplans, I can 100% guarantee that, if you downgrade your current site (https://lojinhadakarly.com.br/2019) Payplans to 3.x version, you will be hit the same issue if you using the same template and same layout configuration.

They do not support third-party extensions

To be honestly, I do not understand what you mean by "they do not support third-party extensions"? Is it what they mean that this template only support for specific 3rd party component only?

So far this is what I tested on your site :

1. If I created a Joomla single article menu item and assign to this template style "tz_exception - Home 1", it will hit the same issue, you can check my following screenshot.
- http://take.ms/i3dxl (This is what I notice you didn't set that "Main Body" and "Component" section under this layout)

So I assume the reason it doesn't show the Joomla article content is because of this.

2. Then I tried to assign to another template style "tz_exception - Blog" then it did show up the content now, so I take a look how this template layout you setup currently, I noticed this layout you got included this "Main Body" and "Component" section then it only show that content on the page.

Currently I am not sure whether is it related with "Main Body" and "Component" section or not because when I tried to set Payplans menu template style to this "tz_exception - Blog" , it still doesn't show the component content as well.

Perhaps you can try consult with your current site template provider regarding this again and see whether they know about this or is there any quick hack for support to show Payplans component content into this template layout?

If your template provider also unable to fix this, then we also no ideas how to help you with this since this template is not developed by us. Perhaps you can consider to switch to another template like using your previous domain site (https://lojinhadakarly.com.br/) template which display Payplans component content just fine.

Hello!
I was able to configure the blog style to display the content and it seems to work without problems so far. Thank you!
