Create event - not allowed for super user (frontend)

I have an event category that is only for admin to add events. I have two super users on the site. I can add events in this category but the other user can't. What can be wrong?

Frontend is not working - but from backend the other super user can do it.
Hey Kristian,

The reason is because the user that you have provided do not belong to the Administrator profile. You need to set the user in the "Administrator" profile type

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. You did not provide us with enough details to debug this. Can you please provide us with the following details:


1. Which user account has this issue? (I tried using the user account that you provided and I manage to create a new event with the category below)

2. Which category are you posting this under? (I believe it's Officiella evenemang CHCS ?)

3. FTP access

I also got a 404 when trying to login from being in the events view - don't know if it's related.
