Hi There!
Thanks,

- Most of complaints that I receive from users when they create an account is when activating it (I set it to Self Activate). After form submit it will take the user to a page where it says "Activate your Account" and with a form that is asking for the token code.
- Is it possible that ES will send the activation notification email without the code in it? I just got an email from one of the user complaining about this, saying that "There's no code that I can copy in this email. Please help!"

Notice the language in this page where it specifically telling the user about a code.
When they check their email, what are they expecting in their mind when they see the email content? The code! The code!
"Your account is created and must be activated before you may login to the site.
To activate your account, click on the following link or copy-paste it in your browser:"
[Activate Now]
Although, there is a button that is highlighted with blue color, I am wondering why some people don't get it. Maybe because of the activation page where it specifically asked for the code? When they see the email, they just scan the content looking for a code like text. The button does not look like a code and it got ignored?

But when I tested it, it does have the code in the email I received. Fluke? But there must be something that would cause it right? I checked the email source and the container where the token code should does not have content:
