How do I hide the button from visitors who are not logged in? It's confusing otherwise.

Thank you,
Tony
Hey there Anthony,

It looks like your subscription of EasySocial Pro for the http://ncaggmember.org domain has expired and in order for you to continue requesting for support, you will need an active subscription. If you have already renewed, please let us know so that we can correct this for your account.

If you haven't renew and wishes to do so, you can use the EASTE coupon code that will give you 30% discount till the end of today only

I do have an active subscription SI151118-6042-93223.

It's not associated with any domain yet because we're on a temporary domain during development. Ultimately, it will be associated with http://ncagg.org.

Hi there Anthony,

I'm sorry but the license SI151118-6042-93223 has been set for the domain http://allsaintsweb.org

Furthermore, the license is the Pro version which only provides support for 1 assigned domain only, whereas the unlimited allows up to 5 assigned domains.

You can however change the license's assigned domain to http://ncagg.org. from your dashboard. Take note that you can only do so only for a limited number of times.

Thank you for your understanding and I hope to hear from you soon!

Fair enough but I did run out of the number of assignments unknowingly. I purchased it and had it assigned to the development version of http://allsaintsweb.org then I assigned it to the working URL and they didn't care for it. You can verify that it's not is use at the that domain. I then tried it on another site until I finally arrived at http://allsaintsweb.org.

I'm not trying to pull anything over on you, my account shows it's currently not assigned to any site.

Hey there,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply,

I believe you asking for this site right?

http://ncaggmember.org/artists

If yes, can you try update to latest version Easysocial and see how it goes? If the issue still persists, can you provide us that website Joomla backend and FTP access so we can better have a check?

I have applied some fix in this file -> JoomlaFolder\administrator\components\com_easysocial\includes\albums\adapters\user.php, it should work fine now.
