When you go to add a cover for a post, it sometimes lets you add the cover and sometimes it does not. It is very random. When my users go in the front page of the website, they click on compose on the front page which takes them to the composer. They then compose their articles, and click on add a cover up at the top. When they do this, they then click the back button and go to shared media then the appropriate folder listing weather it be entertainment, gaming or the like. Lets say you go to gaming, sometimes there is a blank page when their is clearly 20 or so pictures in that folder. When they go to upload the picture nothing shows up.

Here is an example in the attachments of what it looks like when something has been selected but nothing shows up.

If you go to the back end everything seems to works okay, and these issues never seem to crop up. It only happens on the front end, and I would like to encourage my authors to work only in the front end and not the back end. I keep having to go into the back end and fix their posts, and I would rather not have to.

I have made a separate account that has the exact same access as my authors on the site. So you should have the 2 accounts and access to both of them to try to trouble shoot the back end and the front end.
It looks like the account I gave you will not work for how I have it set up.

It looks like their is a stacktest account. Use that one if you can it only has author access, there should also be another account which I have put in as the account with the back access to the site if you need to go in and fix things. The same account you guys have used for a while now.

Also if you look at the attachment file if you were to click upload on that area nothing will show up.

This also happens with my author account as well. ( I try to keep my admin account separate )

One more thing.... I noticed that if I go into the back end of the website, and I go and click on add a cover and do it that way it works. But if I go and create a new post on the front end it works. Like something got loaded from the back end and the front end re-loads that.

So far it is working correctly but lets see over the course of a week or so.
