Cover photo not showing

I have uploaded a photo as a cover photo/image but it's just showing a placeholder on the website and mobile devices.
Once blog article has been opened, it appears at the top, but nowhere else is it showing the image.

I have attached the image as well as a screenshot of what is appearing

I have tried .png and .jpg and both are showing the same placeholder


**I have moved it around and replaced it, set it as a Featured post now can't get ANY image to display on Featured Post
Hi Julie,

May I know which site you are referring to? I checked this page and I'm seeing the images(attached).

Sorry, I've made several changes as it was bugging me I couldn't get it working.

I should have walked away from my site!!

I'll close the ticket.
