I found in Easy blog that the blogs I had initially checked as Not for comment - were the blogs that I couldn’t add comments from the front end - makes sense. However when I went back end of website to the blog to enable comments - the check box Yes/No is inactive, can’t be changed. Does that mean once a blog is published the Comments option can't be changed?

The other issue is when wanting to add an image to a blog, it doesn't go to the image folders (like in the newsletter module, or just adding a new page in Joomla), seems like Easy blog isn't integrated with the rest of Joomla. Instead it comes up with requiring a specific url. It would be much better if it sourced its images like the rest of the joomla site extensions.

Finally have tried the easy updater, copy and pasted my id code from stackideas website account - but says is wrong and updater wont work. I need to down load latest version and upload via Extension manager.
Hello Doug Cary,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a public holiday for us here.
Thanks for sharing this couple bugs to us Regarding your second issues "you want add an image to a blog, it doesn't go to the image folders", do you mean that you add an image issues from backend right ?
Could you mind provide us your backend and FTP access so we can access to your site to check on this issue and provide some screenshot about those issues? Please advise

Best Regards
Arlex

I am not sure what you mean, as I saw you in Joomla backend yesterday logged in as Admin and also front end simultaneously. I thought that you were checking things then. What other admin do you mean? Doug
