I noticed a user created an Album and was unsuccessful in uploading any images.
The Album I believe had a tile but no content. As she is not a computer savvy person she asked the admin to remove the Album.
However, that was not possible as the Album did not show in the backend to be removed.
It was only possible from the frontend.
I'm guessing this is a bug due to the folder being empty or the unsuccessful upload and error message she received...
Anyway, maybe you'd like to look at this when you've the time?

Cheers!
Hi Guy,
We would like to investigate this issue. However, to do that, we want to try and replicate the issue first. Can you provide us the images that the user used in the failed uploads?
I am also not able to access your ftp. Can you update your ftp credentials too? Thanks.

Hi Raymond, I've updated the FTP password just in case. Let me know if you don't get in and what client/platform you're using.

The image was from her smartphone Xperia, so I've no idea other than it came from her Sony Xperia Gallery. It's a picture taken using the inbuilt camera so there shouldn't be a problem with format? Nonetheless, an empty folder should be able to be deleted...

Cheers!

Hey Guy,
Unfortunately, there is no other way for me to investigate this without reproducing the "photo tile without content" error since I need to replicate the upload failure, then find out if the file is really uploaded and check the backend too.
The ftp access is still not working too. I'm using FileZilla and I keep encountering timeout error while connecting.

Perhaps you can try and obtain the relevant photo files from the user and also the user account and provide those to us for us to investigate? Thanks.

I understand Raymond.
You don't have enough to investigate, and I can't supply further info at this time.
I'll make a note of this weird behaviour and open another ticket if I'm able to secure more information.

FYI
The FTP connection has been fixed and info updated. As you'll see using the server IP # instead of the domain name might help.

Cheers!

Hey Guy,

Understood. Perhaps you can add your server IP into your site details as well so that we can access your ftp next time.

As a gentle reminder, kindly start a new thread if you have any other issue in the future so it will be easier for us to manage your inquiry. I will lock and mark this thread as resolved.
