I'm having several issues with the new installation of ES. When I finished the installation, my backend looked and seemed VERY different - I don't think it was intended to look this way. Please see the screenshot.

Additionally, the comments in my site are also corrupt. The words are all crammed to the right side. Please see that screenshot also. I've included the system admin information. Thanks.
