We have set the "About" tab as the first default tab for the "Page" view. However, many of the sidebar items that are currently only displaying on the "Timeline" view, we would like to display on the "About" view as well.

Can we copy these modules to display in the "About" tab view? The following modules currently include...

In this order...
1. QR Code
2. Details
3. Page Reviews
4. People Who Like This

Is is possible to place them in the order above (and all before the "Statistics" module that is already in the About view)?

Can you tell us how to achieve this?

Your help is much appreciated!
Hi Zehn,

There is no setting to copy the widgets that display in timeline into the about tab view. However you can customize in the file:
.../components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/pages/about/default.php
Regarding the displaying the widget in the above order seems quite difficult to achieve

Perhaps, you can try the file that I've attached below and see how it goes

You are suggest to backup the file that you want to customize/paste just for precaution step

Hi Muhammad,
I've a related question, could you tell me which file is responsible for the timeline page? I've looked, but have had no luck finding it.

Hey Anthony,

The file location located at JoomlaFolder/components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/pages/item/default.php .

If you have other question, perhaps you can start a new thread on our forum so we can assist you on this.

Hello,

I downloaded the default.php file and uploaded it to the server, replacing the existing file. It didn't seem to change anything. I cleared cache, opening in private browser, etc... and still, didn't see any change.

Hi Zehn,

Not sure if you replace the file correctly as I access your FTP seems like the code was different from my attached file. (I also checked on your template override).
And may I know if you in the midst of testing/doing something in your site? because as I access a page I'm hitting the error shown: http://take.ms/xblbp

Hello Muhammad,

1.) I restored the original default.php file when i didn't see any change. I have went ahead now and replaced the default.php file with the one you provided again; you should see it there now (I still don't see any change to the "About" page).

2.) I am not currently experiencing the page error you are seeing, although i have seen this before a few days ago, and i have reported this issue - It happens after changing the time zone in the global configurations in this ticket: https://stackideas.com/forums/hour-types-dont-appear-to-be-accurate-with-the-page-location

I am not currently working in the site right now in any way, and will stand by until i hear back.

Much thanks for the help.

Hi Zehn,

Kindly find my response for your inquiries below:

Ah, you applied it in the .../components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/pages/about/ yes? as you already make template override for that file in the .../templates/bold_socialplus/html/com_easysocial/pages/about/ system will read the file in the template override first instead in the component themes.
I've paste the file in the template override http://take.ms/kKDPL and the widget from the timeline will also shown in the about page http://take.ms/mitfU (I've rename the existing default.php that exist in the folder to default.php_bak in case you need it).
