I have installed 1.2.3, but when trying to copy a profile type nothing happens.
Hello Aaron,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

Hi Aaron,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

Regarding your issue, I went to your EasySocial backend and attempt to copy your existing profile 'guest' and when i click on 'save as copy', the profile actually created.
Please see http://screencast.com/t/zbedcwgLUi

May i know what web browser you are using? I tested with firefox version 27.0.1

Please advise.

I finally got it working after a couple of times.

I was getting the following error when I was in Firefox 28.0. Not sure if it is a problem. I would click on continue and the page would eventually finish loading.

A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete.

Hi,

As we are not able to reproduce this, if you are able to further reproduce this, could you set the settings under System Preferences to Uncompressed so that the script returns a clearer error message for us to further investigate.
