Is it possible to easily copy a blog post from one site to another. This probably won't work as a copy and paste from the front end as the template I built uses:

Header
Text
Header
Text

etc.

I'm pretty sure I've copied templates (or maybe that was a different component), but I don't see any simple way of duplicating a post.
