OK, still trying to work out if i need it in additional to the ES conversation option, does it only work in EasySocial, or can it work from a menu (for example called chat) or a pop up from a chat tab along the bottom of the site (as our support tab does or other chat tabs do)?
The benefit of Conversekit over EasySocial's built in chat system is that it can work on anywhere across your site. It requires EasySocial to be installed on the site though.
OK got it, thank you Mark, will follow progress and hopefully switch over when the sub to my other chat option expires at the end of the year, if not before.
