Hi there,

I just install Conversekit (CT) and test it. I have some question as:

1. How to display CT icon on every page of site, now that show icon only social page (https://www.vsotour.com/th/social-th)?
2. How to send message via ENTER?
3. How to select file extension that allow to sent via CT?
4. Can I attached file with drag n drop or from clipboard (on PC)?
5. Please see the attached, on my site don't have map icon like your document
6. Emotion icon like Facebook chat or stickers on Line application, that make chatting is fun

1. There is a known issue relating to this which we have fixed internally. We have helped you applied a temporary fix by applying the following custom css code into this file: JoomlaFolder/templates/jr_leotian/css/custom.css

.ckit-template {
display: none !important;
}
However, this temporary fix doesn't complete fix the issue of the conversekit icon not showing in other pages because there are numerous js errors coming from your template(http://take.ms/7Q2gN). Conversekit will not load on the page if you have js errors on the page. You should consult your template provider regarding these errors.

2. You can turn on this setting in Conversekit(http://take.ms/cZ2Ia).
3. & 5. These settings actually inherit from EasySocial conversation settings(http://take.ms/aZ1CW).
4. Unfortunately, this is not possible.
6. Thanks for your input on this. If you want, perhaps you can post a feature request on this.

Hi there,

Thank you for reply. About js error, you nothing change another except custom.css, right? Because yesterday after I install CKit, I don't see the js error.

How ever I will fix js error before fix CKit icon.

Hi,

Now I fixed some JS error and Ckit icon can display on all page. Thank you for support.
