The issues we reported on 4th December 2018 seem to be back.

That is, users on Tablet (we tested with various models of iPad) cannot close converse kit. The only recent action we did was reinstall the launcher yesterday.

I've checked on your site, it seems like your mobile and tablet template is not update to latest code, I think you got do some customisation work right?

By the way, I did applied some fix into following files on your site, it should work fine now, can you give it a check again?

Hi Arlex,

Thanks! Actually, we only added a module position to the tablet after purchase. All other Customisations were css. done December/early January.

We only encountered this issue after downloading and installing the new templates updated to ES v3.0. I don't know if it is our installer or the applications but we seem to have been have issues lately with installing ES application/templates via ES installer or indeed via Joomla.

It seems like you are right, that Easysocial tablet template haven't get update yet, we will push another new version soon.

By the way, may i know are you still having the issue now after I applied those fixes on your site?

You're most welcome, we probably will release another Easysocial version this week, so will release that tablet template together as well.
