I saw that at least one person had this problem before and Mark fixed it - what was the fix? How can I apply it.
Hi Raymond. Thank you for helping me to look for a solution outside easy*. There was a fault in my .htaccess file.

Hi Abi,

Actually we need to investigate and determine what is causing the error before we are able to determine the right fix to use.

May I know how do I replicate this on your site? And which previous post are you referring to so we can have a reference.

also, https://stackideas.com/forums/converse-kit-settings

Please change the password of user Samatha Testuser from the backend and then login at the front end.

I don't have any real users so feel free to try to 'converse' with any of her friends.

Hey Abi,

I have changed the password of Samantha testuser as mentioned.

I am hitting a 403 access forbidden error on conversekit files(http://take.ms/HTuaI).

Not really sure why this happens as I have checked your backend and things seem to be fine. Can you double check with your webhosting provider to make sure there are no restrictions in place?
