You have to turn on this "submit enter" option from the conversekit setting is because quite a lot of user complain if press enter for submit the reply, they hard to achieve when they want to enter for next line, so we decide to implement a new setting, you can check my attached screenshot where is that setting located.

By the way, regarding with your second issue, I was unable to replicate on your site, when I press submit reply, it did show my content on conversation immediately.
