1. Is there a way to import the members from a particular Easysocial Group to a Conversekit Group Chat?

Unfortunately, we cannot achieve this currently. But it would be best if you can submit a feature request regarding this issues by creating a new ticket on the forums and set it to "Feature Request", so everyone else could vote for it, the more people request on this, and we will priority consider it.

2. What is the limitation in terms of users/members that can exist in a Conversekit Group Chat?

The only limitations for you is to add users into the groups itself only as if you enable this settings http://take.ms/68WZI, you can add all users on the site, but if you disable them, you only can add you friends only. Or maybe i have understand you wrongly here, it would be best if you can provide us with more details for better understanding.
