ConverseKit Display Email Adress Instead Of RealName

Hellooo,

As you can see with attached picture "1.jpg", ConverseKit display email adress instead of "user real name" in the chatbox.

Normally, it need to show the "realname", no ?
Hum, do you make some changes? Now, it work correctly... ?

That's amazing, this plugin have an artifical intelligence and can repair itself

I don't know what's append, the previous attached picture is true, not powered by photoshop haha

So... I don't understand but will close this ticket.
