It would make more sense if, when you open a conversation, the order of the conversation messages is newest to oldest.

This issues have been reported to our developer and fixed as this will be included on our next release version, that is version 1.0.5. By the way, can you replaced attached file at this path ../plugins/system/conversekit/assets/js/conversekit.js and see how goes
