Hello,

since some ES updates we dont receive mail notifications for conversations, the alerts are activated in the admin panel and my personal email notifications for conversations are actives.
If the mails are already marked as sent, then you need to check on your mail settings / mail server / mail client. There is nothing we can do to track what happens after EasySocial tells Joomla to dispatch the emails out.
