Conversation with Basic Member Issue

I have an admin account that I use to create groups etc on the site. It has a Admin profile.

I tried to chat to a new member but I got an error message (photo attached) and no idea why?

Please advise.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

That is bug if that is site admin unable to send conversation message to site member.

Try download my attached file and replace into this following files.

JoomlaFolder/components/com_easysocial/controllers/friends.php
JoomlaFolder/administrator/components/com_easysocial/includes/conversation/conversation.php
