conversation send to all picture not working

Hi guys

We have tried to send a picture and message to all of our members on the conversation section, we have sent the message successfully but the image we attached is showing 0kb, see attached.

Why is this?

I've tested on your site, it seems that upload attachment process seems fine for me http://take.ms/QDVdd .

Can you share with us which file you trying to upload?

If the user was to not let it load fully and press send, would it show the error we're seeing?

Yes, it should be possible to hit this issue, i will log this into our issue tracker and see if we can do something about it.

By the way, i would suggest you to update your site Easysocial to latest version, because we did fixed one of the issue related with the conversation when the user upload multiple image at the same time, it will show duplicate image in the conversation message.
