Hi there,

We have limited free members conversations to 50 messages per day using the built-in Easysocial rules.
However, when a member reaches their message limit, there is no notification of that fact. Conversations simply stop working.
This makes members think the website has a problem, which is now made worse as we have Conversekit installed as a mini chat system.

How can we create a popup or similar message to tell members they have used up their message quota?
Thanks for reported, it seems like that was bug, it should notify the user when the limit quota is finished.

I will create ticket in our issue tracker and keep you update once our developer fix it.

Any idea when this is going to be implemented?
My members are getting very confused when suddenly they cant add friends and there is no explanation why.

Hey Bethany,

It would be best if you can start a new thread on our forum and provide us with your site backend and FTP access so we can better have a check.
