It appears EasySocial is stuck some how. See attached
Hey there,

Can you include your FTP's access once at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site rather than needing to keep adding them in your replies and I also can have a better check on it?

Hey there,

Did you update your EasySocial to the latest version recently/yesterday?

I suspect your EasySocial update is not complete.

Can I have the permission to do the update for your EasySocial again?

If can, can you do a full backup for your site before I perform the update for you?

To my knowledge we have attempted NO updates to Easy Social. I have completed a backup and you may proceed.

Thank you.

Hey there,

I had helped you to update your EasySocial to the latest version already and it should be working fine now.

Can you have a try and see how it goes?
