Hi,

we have some groups on our website wich begin to have more then 100 members, join notifications was activated but we'd disabled them (ES notifications and mails) because it send many hundred of mails, in this case no body see who is joinning the groups

we suggest to add a local option in groups to control notifications : send only internal notification, send mails, both or none.
