Hello,

I upgraded from 3.9 to the latest. If I click on "Continue Reading" in one of the posts, information is displayed with no CSS formatting. How can I fix it?

Warren
Hi Warren,

There might be some issue there when you trying to view the entry page. Can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can check on the issue directly?

If you are requested to submit your site details, you may do so under the tab Site Details below. Please be rest assured that these information will only be visible to the support team from Stack Ideas. You can also store this in your site details area here, http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site to avoid having to enter these information multiple times.

Hi Warren,

It seems like your site does not permit me to access your administrator page as you can see from my screenshot here, http://screencast.com/t/w4aeM3sW . Also can you provide us with FTP access as well?

OK I turned off the security plugin. Use the regular admin path. See if that lets you in.

Thanks.

Hi Warren,

I am still not able to access your administrator area . Is there any IP restriction on your site? Here is my current IP address if needed : 175.142.154.201

Please advise.

Hi Warren,

I've checked your site and it seems like the error is coming from your Komento components which is already outdated and does not compatible with easyblog 5. Can you try to upgrade your Komento version to latest version and see how it goes?

Is there a way to turn off Komento to see if that is the issue?

Hi Warren,

Yes I've turned off Komento for you by going to your backend > easyblog > settings > comments > integrations > komento and use easyblog built in comment instead, http://screencast.com/t/70xzKmtxWI .

That would be good. And it looks like the built in comment system also appears on my regular front page articles too?
System wide?

Hi Warren,

I am sorry but I am not quite understand the issue here. I've checked your frontpage articles and it seems like it using komento comment system instead of easyblog built in comment, which is the correct behavior when you turn off komento integration with easyblog. If you want to disable komento integration with joomla article you can go to your backend > komento > integration > joomla articles > enabled comments set to "No".

Hope these help.
