I am using EasyBlog in two different places on my site, with two different names for the blogs, and two different templates. My problem is that when I click on the Continue Reading button on one of the blogs, it directs me to the other blog, showing the article with the wrong template. So, far, the only way to make it work correctly is to unpublish one of the blogs menu items. Editing the permalink inside of the post editor does not work either. Could you tell me how can I make the Continue Reading button direct to the right blog, please? Thank you.
Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Perhaps you can try this method and see whether this method can help you much here?

Imagine if I have created 2 categories in Easyblog e.g. CategoryA and CategoryB

1. Create "Single category layout" menu item for these 2 categories.

2. Then you can set these 2 menu item to use different template.

3. When the user click on the "Single category layout" (CategoryA), it will list all the blog post which posted under this CategoryA, and all the blog post permalink will link to this "Single category layout" menu item as well.

4. When the user click on the "Single category layout" (CategoryB), it will list all the blog post which posted under this CategoryB, and all the blog post permalink will link to this "Single category layout" menu item as well, and it will render the template which respect as what you set for this menu template.

Arlex,
Thank you for your prompt response.
Yes, that is the way I have the menu items set up. When the user clicks on the "Single category layout" (CategoryA or B) menu items, on any of them from any place of the website, there is no problem and the user is directed to the right template. Nevertheless, when the user clicks on the Continue Reading button, the user is sent to the right article but on the wrong template.
Thanks.

Hm, if that is the case, I need your site backend and FTP access to check further why it doesn't work on your site.

By the way, in the future you can just include your site's access once at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site rather than needing to keep adding them in your replies

Hello Arlex,
Sorry for my delay. It was mother's day in this part of the world. Thank you for your patience.

To be more clear, I have summarized this:
I have three menu items
EasyBlogSpanish/Blog La Espiral- Category: Spiral-Spanish
EasyBlogEnglish/The Spiral Blog - Category: Spiral-English
Magical Mystery Course/Magical Mystery Course - Category: Magical
The Problem: When the user is at https://pablocastelo.org/magical-mystery-course, and click on Continue reading, he is directed to https://pablocastelo.org/blog-la-espiral/welcome-to-the-magical-mystery-course

I did not set my passwords in my dashboard because I have not set up the security system in its final version yet, so the current passwords are temporary.

Thank you very much Arlex.
Have a good day.

No problem for the delay I also went back to the hometown celebrate Mother's day too.

Regarding with your issue, I have a question for you :

Are you planning to create new blog post under different language? Because I noticed you have create 'EasyblogEnglish' and 'EasyBlogSpanish' menu item but inside the menu item "Easyblog - (Posts) Frontpage" both also set to show in all language so I have a little bit confuse here.

If you didn't plan for this, I would like to suggest you that change this following thing on your current menu type :

EasyBlogSpanish Menu
--------------------------------
1. Edit this menu 'Blog La Espiral'
2. Switch the menu type to "(Categories) Single Category"
3. Select this category "Espiral-EspaƱol"

EasyBlogEnglish Menu
--------------------------------
1. Edit this menu 'The Spiral Blog'
2. Switch the menu type to "(Categories) Single Category"
3. Select this category "Spiral-English"

Magical Mystery Course Menu
------------------------------------------
1. Edit this menu 'Magical Mystery Course'
2. Switch the menu type to "(Categories) Single Category"
3. Select this category "Magical"

Then you have to disable this home icon (screenshot : http://take.ms/IToNq ) from your backend > Easyblog > setting > layout > toolbar > display home icon (http://take.ms/73ZET), because this home icon unable to determine that which page should redirect, the best is disable this avoid the confusion.
