Hi Brian,
I checked the link you provided and it seems the footer of the posts in the listings is being hidden by a custom css rule from your template folder(refer screenshot).

Since I do not have backend or ftp access to correct this for you, perhaps you can head into the file and comment out/remove the custom css codes as you can see from the screenshot. Once you do this, you should be able to see the 'Continue Reading' button.
