Hello,

Is there a way that I can have a context sensitive fields
Here is the scenario
During registration on Easysocial, the fields displayed should be based on the choice selected on a drop down fileld.

1. I will have a drop down field with say 3 choices (University, Polytechnic, High School)
2. Registrant select a choice
If University
Fields asking specific questions that are University related will be displayed
If Polytechnic
Different set of questions that is Polytechnic related should be displayed
If High School
Different set of questions that is High related should be displayed

3. I want to capture this during registration

Thank you very much.
Hello Moses Gbadebo,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.
Unfortunately that was not possible to do now.
What my temporary suggestion is you can create 3 profile type (University, Polytechnic, High School) from your backend, so when the user trying to register in your site, they have a choice to select which profile type they would like to register an account from there.

Hello Arlex,

Thank you for your response.

There are so much thing that I will really like to do that follows this same example I gave.

Another example that I am looking to implement is as follows:

Assuming a user register using the "High School" profile. I would like them to:

1. Select from a drop down the city where the high school is and,
2. Depending on the city selected, the next drop down field should only display the High School in that city.

This functionality is very crucial to the whole project. Please advise.

Thanks again for your support, really appreciated.

Hello Moses Gbadebo,

Sorry for late reply to this, unfortunately that was not possible in current system.
But I will add this suggestion in our EasySocial feature request list and see if we can implement this in the future.

Hi Arlex,

That's very disappointing. I guess I will just have to find a work around to this.

Thank you

Regards
