Content plugin is not calling module in blog post

Hi guys,
I'm running Joomla 3 and EasyBlog 3.
I entered [module-91] in my blog but it does not activate the content plugin to display the module. It simply displays the text '[modulke-91]'.
I've looked everywhere for a setting to toggle the content plugin but can't find one.
Please help?

Regarding your issue, can you pass me your Joomla backend admin access and your ftp account so that I can take a look at your issue?
