Consistency on Members View Page

There's some inconsistency when looking at the members page (eg mysite.com /members) with the 3 options for social interaction: 'Follow', 'Friend' and 'Message'. I hope you can consider tweaking things to improve the user experience...

CURRENTLY:
When Logged Off: 'Follow' shows on the avatar pop-up. None of the 3 show alongside the name.
When Logged On: 'Friend' and 'Message' show alongside the name. All 3 show in the avatar pop-up.

DESIRED:
Regardless of Logged Off or Logged On: All 3 ('Follow', 'Friend' and 'Message') show alongside the name and on the avatar pop-up. This is consistent and helps drive people to login and interact.

Thanks for your input Andy, i believe it shouldn't show that follow button on the pop up avatar section, I will discuss with our developer regarding this.

OK thanks. Consistency is the most important thing.. so happy whichever way it's done. My vote would be to have all the social interaction options showing and the login popup appearing if anyone not logged in tries to use them. Gives people a reason to login
