Connected green indicator always on

Hey !
A post because I have a little problem on the caching (I think) of EasyDiscuss. Indeed the online indicator which is next to the profile picture of a member, and supposed to be green when connected and red when not, is always green for my users.

How can i fix this ?
Hi Getro,

I've checked your site and it seems like there are a lot of duplicate data in your Joomla session table hence causing this issue to occur. For your information, this table is storing the information regarding on the logged in status of the users and EasyDiscuss will use this information to determine whether the online indicator color to be red or green.

Can I have the permission to purge all the data in your sessions table and see if this will fix the issue? Do not worry about losing any data on your site as the side effect of this process will only cause all users on your site to be logged out and they will have to re-login back to the site.

If everything is okay, kindly provide us with your FTP access and phpMyAdmin so we can help you with the process.
