Connect Komento profile with Easysocial

Hello, I've already found my problem in another thread , it was advised me open a new under Komento .

Now to my problem, I can not connect the Komento profile with easy social. If I follow the instructions from the stackideas support Komento show his own profile or none , but that komento linked to the easy social profile does not work.

Also the komento point-rules from easy social dont work.

if anyone can help me with my problem I would be very grateful.

For the points integration, have you discover the new rules for Komento by going to this page: http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-04-28_1020.png . As for the Komento profile, have you turn off this setting: http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-04-28_1022.png ? If you have already did that, and still don't work, you can provide us your backend and FTP so we can have a better look here.

sorry but I can not find the setting on the screen , please show me the path

Oh I feel so stupid now but I can not find this option on komento and on EasyBlog , do I have tomatoes on the eyes ?

Hello Thomas,

I am sorry for the confusion. For screenshot number one you can find the setting from your backend > easysocial > user points > discover and for screenshot number two you can find it from your backend > komento > integrations > [choose the component integrations] > layout > avatar.

Jeahh thankyou the Profile integration works now ^^

But the Rules for Komento dont work in easysocial.... The Rueles are there and active but no scoring after add a comment .
