Hi, when running the cron job for easy discuss as descibed in your howto, I get a confirmation message, when testing the job during setup in Plesk. However, when it is run timed, then I get the following error each time:

-: warning: setlocale: LC_ALL: cannot change locale (en_US.UTF-8)

Can you help me with this error message?
Thanks
Olivier
Hey Olivier,

Hi Mark
I get this error by E-Mail, when the cron job fails.

Hm, I believe you can ignore that error as it is probably just being generated that it wasn't able to call setlocale. Just to be sure, could you check your e-mail activities and ensure that the e-mails are being marked as sent?

Hi Mark
Thanks for your reply.
There seems to be another problem that might cause this error message. All the e-Mail mesages are not sent.
When I check the e-mail message view, then all messages are there with a red cross in the column "state".

What could be the problem?
I entered the superuser login credentials. Maybe it is faster, when you have a look yourself.

Thanks

Olivier

Hey Olivier,

Based on what i research regarding this warning message in Google, it seems like something related with your server which not configure the language locale properly (or rather absent), can you refer this following thread and consult with your wehosting provider regarding this?

https://talk.plesk.com/threads/pi-331-plesk-installer-error-with-de-de-locale.339620/

Once this solve it, then need to check your currently setup that cronjob command is it can work correctly or not.
