I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

After I turned on error reporting to maximum from your global configuration.php, it seems like there are lots of error coming out on your website which is almost all of it coming from the templates and cometchat. When I click submit button, the following error appear, http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-06-04_1125.png and this error preventing the ajax call to be made on easydiscuss (sending the data and retrieve the data without having to refresh the page).

Unfortunately this is not something that we can fix as the issue is not coming directly from easydiscuss. Perhaps you can consult them and shows the error as per screenshot above so they can fix it for you.
