Nope, you are not required to pay to report a bug If you are using a warez copy or you do not have any active subscription, then you wouldn't be able to access to our support We can fix this in the extension but since I do not have a copy of the template and I am not sure how to reproduce this issue.

The page at http://www.joomla-playground.com/community/registration is running the stock version of EasySocial You can actually customize the registration however you want. Anyway, I'll try the template but cannot promise anything as of now because after testing this, it looks like this is an explicit styling made by the template (Not from EasySocial) and we will only apply fixes for our customers
