Hello, Been working with EasySocial on my site and I can't get the menu below the tool bar to appear. Also I like the way the tool bar looks on the demo site and would like to configure mine the same way. Thanks Ken

Regarding your first issue, you need to recompile back the js. Please run this URL in your browser http://yoursite.com/index.php?option=com_easysocial&compile=true .

Regarding your second question, I believe you can achieved this by changing the EasySocial theme. Your current view is Wireframe theme and the one you want is Frosty theme. You can change this at backend > Components > EasySocial > Themes > Frosty.

Please give this a try and see if this resolves your issue.

Hello. Thanks for the quik reply. I ran the url but it had no effect. On the backend frosty was not an option for theme, There was only two choices. Wireframe and Dark.

Regarding your first issue, can you provide us with backend access and FTP access so that we can further inspect this issue on your site. Please put it in the site detail tab below. Only our support team can view this information.

I am sorry, I believe you're using EasySocial Starter isn't? In EasySocial Starter, only 1 professional theme which is "wireframe" is included with this EasySocial plan. If you wish to use Frosty theme, you can upgrade to EasySocial Pro which only $99.

Hello, I just did the upgrade to professional but it still shows starter on the dashboard. I do not have ftp set up yet so I can give you the login and password to the backend for now.
