Hello could I adjust the configuration to allow users the option to push the enter button to send message along with push submit?
Hi there,

Currently, it is not possible for you to apply this as those fixes will be done on .js files and will required some modifications to be done unfortunately

Having said that, if you require us to perform the customization for you, you can always request for a quote from us at https://crm.stackideas.com and select "Customizations" . Our sales person would be glad to send you a quote for the customizations that you have requested.

Thanks for your understanding.

Hi there,

Actually we already implement this for user to submit their comment by clicking 'Enter' button. But for each Operating System, there are specific way for you to achieve this. For Mac os, you need to click on 'Command+return' and for windows os, you need to click on 'CTRL+ENTER' to submit your comments.

But it seems that there are issues on Windows OS as somehow it does not detect 'CTRL+ENTER'. I have logged this issues internally and will included them on our next release version.

Great, after the fix would it be possible to apply a code that would only require user to use the enter button only on all systems to send message?
