Hey Rose,

This is a known issue if you are using the "US Standard" region. To fix this, download the attached file and upload it into /administrator/components/com_easysocial/includes/storage/amazon/

Hey Rose,

I believe you did not generate the correct access key and secret from AWS. Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

To add your access, simply edit your first post above or head on to http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site to insert your site access once only.

Also, I would need your AWS login as well.

Hey Rose,

Your licensed domain for EasySocial is http://www.ertinet.co.il but you are requesting for support on udios.co.il . Unfortunately our Pro subscription only allows you support for 1 domain only. You need to consider purchasing another Pro license or upgrade to the Unlimited version.

Hi

Sorry about the misunderstanding.
The EasySocial subscription was bought for the domain http://www.bioteach.org.il/ (Center for Biology Teachers Association) that will be upgrade till the end of the month to a new site that contain easysocial extension.
We (ERTINET) are the doing the developing in our dev environment : udios.co.il/biotech.
and after the site will finish it will move to the http://www.bioteach.org.il/ domain

When we bougth the subscription we write the name of our compeny ERTINET because the develop environmet was not exist at the time.

Hey Rose,

Kindly please update your license and set the domain accordingly. I have re-configured the S3 settings for you and they are working correctly now. You can see these files on the "bioteach" bucket. Remember to setup the cronjob for EasySocial so that the cron kicks in to push those files to the remote server.

P/S: Please allow at least 24 - 48 hours for a reply and we would appreciate it if you please stop telling us to fix things "by today". It's a weekend when you post this ticket and it's not even 24 hours since your last reply.

Hi

Thank you for your assistance. :-)
1. Can you specify the activity you have made ?
2. Please send us the reference for the cronjob ongoing maintenance.

Hey Rose,

Hm, not sure if I understand you here. Do you mean the "wget" command? To be honest, I have no idea too because different hosting provider stores the "wget" command in different locations. It's best that you check with your hosting provider as they would have a better idea where they store these binaries
