Hello,
I want to use the rules to display or not certain fields of the profile type.
I see that I can not observe a field from another group to display or not another field.
For example, I needed to create rules based on gender.

I did not access the "gender" fields in the list to create the rule.

How can I do ?
Best regards.
Eric
Hi Eric,

Currently the rule will only appear if the fields are within the same steps as the conditional fields. Hence you need to move gender fields to the same 'Description' step by clicking on the move field button here, http://take.ms/EKN6F . If everything is done correctly, the field should appear as in my screenshot here, http://take.ms/TXs95 .

By the way we will see if we can improve this feature by allowing the fields across all steps to appear in the conditional rules in the future.

Hello,
Thank you for your reply.
It is difficult to move this field "gender" to the next step, I had gathered in the first step all the required fields.
This is simpler and more ergonomic at the time of registration.
It would be interesting if we could access all fields when creating a rule.
I will consider the reorganization of the profile form (and registration) but I do not wish to display optional fields upon registration, it must be simple to increase the registration rate.
Best regards.
Eric

Hi Eric,

Thank you for your concern. We will see if we are able to improve this behavior in the next release of EasySocial.
