Perhaps you can try after you paste the long article in one block, then you click on "add block" button > select `image` block > then click on which position you would like to insert, check my attached screenshot below.

Unfortunately the only possible way to hide teamblog description details is to directly modify the core file from your /components/com_easyblog/themes/wireframe/teamblogs/default.php and item.php. You can download both attachment below and place it inside the folder mentioned previously to hide the teamblog description.

each time I upgraded, the changes for disabling teamblog descrition will lose. can you add the setting?
