I am sorry for the inconvenience caused. This is our new policy of support, where before you request any support you need to assign the domain.
I've tried to access your Joomla back end and it seems not working (please refer this screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/oBiH1ZsF )

Seems that the password was either too long, or some character combination caused truncation.
(Reviewed the details, password was 54 characters, it stopped at 23)
I have updated it here and on the admin.

I am sorry for the delay of this reply, I've checked in your site, it seems like your current setting is set to use Tiny-mce editor instead of build-in Easyblog composer, you can refer on my attached screenshot below.

I already help you set it to use Easyblog build-in composer, it should work fine now.
