When I go to create a new post, the composer doesn't offer template options, I want to eventually use categories for videos, audio, etc - but I can't find how to pre-select a template.
It's probably just a switch that I have wrong.

Done. There is no FTP access.

Seems that the password was either too long, or some character combination caused truncation.
(Reviewed the details, password was 54 characters, it stopped at 23)
I have updated it here and on the admin.

I am sorry for the delay of this reply, I've checked in your site, it seems like your current setting is set to use Tiny-mce editor instead of build-in Easyblog composer, you can refer on my attached screenshot below.

I already help you set it to use Easyblog build-in composer, it should work fine now.
