I am sorry for the late reply. I have tried to replicate this issue locally, and it seems works fine. There are some reason why local host running so slow, and it's because the speed of the disk. Or in other words the speed of the computer itself, if the computer speed is slow, it would effect the speed of local host. We suggest that instead of using hdd, it is better to use ssd. In addition, you can do some optimization on localhost:

Or maybe you can upload to live server so that we can further troubleshoot this issue?

Heelo Fadhli, Thanks for the answer, but my notebook is the latest generation and works very fast with other heavy components, but I will be investigating the cause. If possible I will test it online to make sure that it is in my localhost the problem, maybe some small adjustment to improve performance.

Hello Fadhli, I installed on my online site and the component behaved very well and fast, but as I said above, I installed it on my laptop to review the translation for my language, but by clicking on the sidebar items, it takes about 8 minutes to load the item.

So I disconnected the network cable that is connected to the router, and is not that loaded quickly !, and reconnect the cable it back to slow down. So, I believe the EasyDiscuss must connect something external to check such as the license to use, or any other check that gets slow with the internet connected to localhost. Have you seen this or have any solution to the problem ??

Hello Carlos,

We never seen this before as our development phase is also using local site to develop our components and we don't have the speed issue. The only check I can think on Easydiscuss is the version checking. It checks whether your version needs to be updated or not and this only in backend.
