I installed EasyBlog this afternoon and upon completion there was a menu item named "EasyBlog" added that takes you to our blog section. I tried to change the name of this menu item and it keeps telling me "404 error - Component not found" and I cannot figure out what I am doing wrong.

I am also running sh404SEF and I am concerned that is causing the issue.
Hi Richard Allen ,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Yes, that was the issues when you change the menu item name, because if you didn't purge all the SEF link cache from Sh404sef extension, it will not auto generated back the correct menu item name in Sh404sef.

To fix this, after you change the menu item name, you have to click purge button from Sh404sef > Url manager

Hope this help.

Hello Richard,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

Perhaps you can tell us the menu item name of your easyblog that you want so that we can help you to set up the menu item directly on your site? Please advise.

Thank you, it is working now.

I didn't realize that you had come out with EasyBlog 5 and I am trying to update. However, I keep getting the attached message. Is this common?
