Hello,

I'm trying to install Easy Social on Joomla 5.7.
The component uploads normally, i get the message "Thank you for purchasing Easy Social". When i click next, i get:

Component not found.
here's what happens

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

I was unable to access your site now, and i believe you have disable Easysocial component from backend > extension > manage > manage > search "easysocial" > make sure Easysocial component is enable.

Hello,

No, that's not the case.
Actually, i was trying to install it to a different domain alltogether. Then i saw that the pro license does not allow to install it to more than 1 domains. This means I have ti upgrade to developer license, correct?

Hello,

You can install it on as many sites as you want but support however is only limited to 1 domain only. Yes, if you require support for more than 1 domain, you will have to upgrade your license to a developer plan or alternatively purchase a second license.

Then why am I getting this?

I'm trying to install easy social to a website that as JomSocial on it, I'm trying to migrate to Easy Social.

That is most likely because you are using the launcher version instead of the full version. There are 2 types of installer:

1. Launcher
This requires an API key to connect to our site to download the installer.

2. Full Installer
This doesn't require any connection to our site to download the installer.

No, it doesnt seem to work. Here are my complete course of actions

I download the Full Installer from your website here (file name is com_easysocial_full_pro_2.zip).
I upload the file on the Joomla 5.7 backend Extensions Installer
I get:

I click on Proceed With Installation.

I get the Easy Social special installation page. On step 4 and specifically on "Downloading Installation Files" i get:


Downloading Installation Files...Failed
Your domain is not licensed to utilize our installer API. Please enter your domain name in your license area. If this is a local installation, please download the full installation package from your dashboard area.

For full installer, you cannot choose to download and there is no point downloading again (this is something we will address in 2.1).

One more question please, is there a Joomla template which is made to work with Easy Social ?

When i try to open the Languages option on ES, i get:

The access of this API is restricted and the current domain is not associated with any licenses on our end.

Please contact our support if you wish to change your licensed domain.

The language services uses our remote service and if your domain isn't licensed, you will not be able to use it.
