The reason there is the "Complete your profile now" message because you have enable the setting: http://take.ms/ighM6 Profile Completion Checks and if the user do not fully input all the fields it will show how many percent that completed
As you said that the user already fill all the user profile field, may I know which user that you are referring? so I can take a look on it?
